The study will be <br /> available as a planning document should the overcrossing project advance to the final design and <br /> construction phase. <br /> The final expenses of$40,000 represent the study costs of$27,885 and a remaining balance transfer back to <br /> CIP 3 of$12,115. There are no fmancial transactions remaining. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled, "Pigeon Creek/BNSF Pedestrian <br /> Overcrossing,"Fund 303,Program 080, as established by Ordinance No. 3081-08. <br /> 7 <br />
