Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The site plan shall be per City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist. All information <br /> specified on the checklist shall be on the site plan. See link below. Washington State Energy Code requires 0.5 credits from Table 406.2 for compliance. <br /> The plans call out Option 5a. which states; EFFICIENT WATER HEATING 5a: Electric <br /> water heater with a minimum EF of 0.93 AND"All showerhead and kitchen sink faucets <br /> installed in the house shall be rated at 1.75 GPM or less. All other lavatory faucets shall <br /> be rated at 1.0 GPM or less. To qualify to claim this credit the building permit drawings <br /> shall specify the option being selected and shall specify the water heater equipment type <br /> and the minimum equipment efficiency and shall specify the maximum flow rates for all <br /> showerheads, kitchen faucets and other lavatory faucets." Exterior walls located less than 5 feet from the property line are required to be one-hour <br /> fire-resistance rated tested in accordance with ASTM E 119 or UL 263, with exposure <br /> from both sides.
