The new building will be approximately 44,670 square feet with <br /> 2,151 square feet of an interior landscaped courtyard and roof top open space area. The building <br /> height will be approYimately 50 feet. A setback i�nodification has been requested to reduce the <br /> required 10 foot front setback (Broadway) to zero feet. A final decision of overall project approval will be based on construction permit <br /> application review. Please note that although some design concepts listed below have received <br /> design concept "approval", all other departments, such as Building, Fire, Public Works and Traffic, <br /> will need to review the proposed construction drawings through the appropriate permit submittals <br /> for compliance with other City codes and standards. Not all applicable BMU-I standards are listed <br /> below. The design has been rated with the following: <br /> Q Approved; <br /> ❑ Subject to approval during building permit application review; or <br /> 0 Not approved/needs work <br /> Development Standards: <br /> Q`/Q Permitted Use. Student housing is a perinitted accessory use to a college or university.
