GEOTECHNICAL REPORT <br /> PROPOSED STUDENT HOUSING <br /> 931 BROADWAY STREET <br /> EVERETT,WASHINGTON <br /> 1.0 GENERAL <br /> As requested, PanGEO, Inc. is pleased to present this geotechnical report to assist the <br /> project team with the design and construction of the proposed student housing at 931 <br /> Broadway Street in Everett, Washington. Our scope of services included reviewing <br /> � readily available geologic and geotechnical data, drilling three test borings, conducting a <br /> site reconnaissance, and performing engineering analysis, and preparing this report. <br /> 2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> rChe subject site is located at 931 Broadway Street in Everett, Washington. The <br /> approximately site location is as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. The site comprises a <br /> total area of 14,988 square feet. The layout of the site is shown on Figure 2, Site and <br /> Exploration Plan.
