 .
Sabrina Fandler
From: William Gottlieb <wmgottlieb@planone.biz>
Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2016 5:26 PM
To: Sabrina Fandler
Subject: RE: Plan Check NO. C1601-005 2315 Cedar St
Hi Sabrina,
Thanks so much for getting on this. I'll have the info you need up to you this coming week. O
Bill
From: Sabrina Fandler [mailto:SFandlerCaeverettwa.gov]
Sent: Thursday, February li, 2016 4:34 PM
To: William Gottlieb
Cc: Grace Pollard
Subject: RE: Plan Check NO. C1601-005 2315 Cedar St
Hi Bill,
I apologize for the delay, as this project was not yet routed to me for review. I have the file in my possession now and
have a few questions/comments before I can complete my review:
1. Are the downspouts of the current house tight-lined to the side sewer or are they disconnected to splash
blocks?
2. What is the plan for downspouts for the proposed addition?
3. The existing side sewer is routed under the proposed addition. It will need to be upgraded to meet current
plumbing code.
4. The site plan you have submitted does not meet our site plan standards. The lot line is inaccurately shown and
the setbacks are misrepresented due to the inaccurate lot lines. Please contact the Planning Department to
discuss property line and setback requirements. Grace Pollard can be reached at 425-257-8807 or
GPollard@everettwa.gov.
5. Erosion control must be addressed. Please complete the attached worksheet (top section, general information,
and construction stormwater plan) are the only portions that I see being required at this time, unless the
downspout conditions of the existing portion of the house is changed due to the addition. Your plans are simple
enough that you should only need to use the site plan you have to address all requirements. I don't see the need
to create 3 separate plans. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions on this part.
A new site plan will be required prior to plan approval by both Public Works and Planning. Please submit 4 copies of the
revised site plan addressing the above questions/concerns and any other comments the Planning Department may have
to add regarding the site plan. Please also submit two copies of the completed (only the above mentioned sections)
questionnaire when you submit your revised site plan.
Thanks,
Sabrina Fandler, EIT, LEED°AP BD+C
City of Everett Public Works Department Development Technician
3200 Cedar St, Everett, WA 98201
Office: 425-257-8810
Direct: 425-257-7813
Email: SFandler(aeverettwa.qov
1
