You hav� <br /> restored the water since that tiri�e but an inspection of the property on Auyust 14, 2014 <br /> revealed unsafe electrical equipment and electricaf service cannot be restored until the unsafe <br /> equipment is corrected through the building permit pr-ocess and the past due accaunt with the <br /> Public Utility District is settled. The Examiner ordered you to "vacate the residence" until such � <br /> time that approved water and electrical services are restored and the Everett Building Division ; <br /> approves the structure for occupancy. <br /> The city now has reason to believe that you have been occupying fihe residence and that the � <br /> property has not been approved for occupancy, both violations of the Examiner's Order. ' <br /> Additionally, the city has reason to believe that other person(s) may be occupying the residence <br /> with or without your permission. � <br /> Pursuant to my authority as the Code Official under the International Property Maintenance ; <br /> Code Section 108.2, I hereby order you, Lacey Brown-Smith and Simeon Garcia, to secure the '�� <br /> residence by boarding up the residence in accordance with Appendix A o�the IPMC (attached) <br /> so as not to be an attractive nuisance. � <br /> I <br /> ACTI0IV REQUIRED: You must properly secure the residence by August 25, 2014, no later i <br /> than 1:00 pm. � <br /> i <br /> FAILURE TO COMPLY: If you fail to comply with this order, �he city will board up the , <br /> residence in accordance with appendix A of the IPMC after 1:OOpm on August 25, 2014 and no ' <br /> later than August 29, 2014.
