You hav� restored the water since that tiri�e but an inspection of the property on Auyust 14, 2014 revealed unsafe electrical equipment and electricaf service cannot be restored until the unsafe equipment is corrected through the building permit pr-ocess and the past due accaunt with the Public Utility District is settled. The Examiner ordered you to "vacate the residence" until such � time that approved water and electrical services are restored and the Everett Building Division ; approves the structure for occupancy. The city now has reason to believe that you have been occupying fihe residence and that the � property has not been approved for occupancy, both violations of the Examiner's Order.
