The site is level grade on the East/West plane with the exception <br /> of a one foot slope that begins ten feet east�f the NW corner and intersects the West property line at <br /> approximately the midpoint between the NW and SW corners. The adjacent off site grade on the south <br /> side of the site is sloped to match and follow the city right of way designated as Columbia Ave. The <br /> adjacent off site grade abutting the West side of the site is sloped to match the grade of the city right of <br /> way designated as Lombard Avenue. The North side of the site butts the alley right of way. The East <br /> side of the site is level with the private property abutting the site which is also level in the East/West <br /> plane. <br /> 2. Draina�e• <br /> Due to porous soil type (See soil report USDA-NCRS), level site conditions, and small lot size, all water <br /> entering the site percolates. No water discharges from or across the site. <br /> 3. Soifs: <br /> l � - <br /> �__ <br />
