Allocate $2 , 000. 00 for rodent control project including <br /> baiting of manholes. <br /> 3. Allocate $100. 00 for payment to Lowell Community Church <br /> for meeting space/heating for neighborhood meetings . <br /> 4. Allocate $23 ,643. 70 for the following drainage <br /> improvements : <br /> a . Ditch improvement on the west side of South 4th <br /> Avenue from 49th Street to 47th Street . <br /> b. Construct a ditch on the west side of South 4th <br /> Avenue from Bigelow to Main Street and connect to the <br /> existing storm sewer on South 3rd Avenue. <br /> c . Ditch improvement on the west side of South 4th <br /> Avenue from the west end of Lenora to Ravenna Creek. <br /> d . Replace the existing culvert under South 2nd <br /> Avenue between 49th Street S .E . and Bigelow and <br /> upgrade the capacity. <br /> e . Replace the existing culvert under South 2nd <br /> Avenue at Lenora and upgrade capacity. <br /> 5. Allocate $1 , 356. 30 for Street and Sidewalk Improvements <br /> on the west side of 3rd Avenue . <br /> B . Northeast Everett Neighborhood Improvements <br /> 1. State Street - 18th Street to 19th Street - Construct <br /> curbs, gutters , and sidewalk on East and West side and <br /> provide storm drainage and overlay existing roadbed . <br /> (Estimated project cost : $60,000. ) <br /> C . Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements <br /> 1 . Pedestrian walkway on Charles Avenue east of Friday <br /> Ave. Estimated cost : $5 , 000. <br /> 2 . Install curb and gutter on 43rd Street from the Alley <br /> west of Rucker to Grand Avenue Estimated Cost $3 , 750 . <br /> 3. Sidewalks replaced on the south side of street , 900 <br /> block of Wall Street . Estimated cost : $3 , 750. <br /> 4. Construct new curb and gutter on both sides and sidewalk <br /> on one side of the 3600 block of Friday Avenue, from Earl to <br /> Clinton . Estimated cost : $50, 000. <br />
