ORDINANCE NO. /3a 9- 17 <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett, Washington, <br /> appropriating and contributing money from the City <br /> Utility Fund No . 401 to the Local Improvement Fund, <br /> District No . 719 , of the City to pay a part of the <br /> cost of the improvements in Local Improvement <br /> District No . 719 ; approving and confirming the <br /> assessments and assessment roll of Local Improvement <br /> District No . 719 for the construction of a sanitary <br /> sewer and necessary appurtenances in the Silver Lake <br /> area of the City, as provided by Ordinance No . <br /> 1141-85 , and levying and assessing the cost and <br /> expense thereof against the several lots , tracts, <br /> parcels of land and other property as shown on the <br /> assessment roll . <br /> WHEREAS, the total cost and expense of the improvements in <br /> Local Improvement District No . 719 is $2 , 545 , 412 . 11, toward <br /> which the City of Everett, Washington (the "City" ) , shall <br /> contribute the sum of $82 , 700 from its City Utility Fund No . 401 <br /> leaving a balance of $2 , 462 , 712 . 11 to be assessed against the <br /> property located in such local improvement district ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying the special assess- <br /> ments against the property located in Local Improvement District <br /> No . 719 in the City has been filed with the City Clerk as <br /> provided by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing thereon <br /> and making objections and protests to the roll was published at <br /> and for the time and in the manner provided by law fixing the <br /> time and place of hearing thereon for the 4th day of February, <br /> 1987, at the hour of 7 : 00 p.m. , local time, in the Ginnie <br />
