During the site plan review process, sufficient perimeter <br /> landscaping adjacent to parking lots shall be provided to <br /> shield cars on adjacent public streets from headlight glare <br /> caused by cars moving inside the parking lot. Additional <br /> screening of lights shall be required for new developments <br /> adjacent to an incompatible land use to minimize the impact of <br /> the new development on existing uses. <br /> 9. SIGNING <br /> A. Signs for identification purposes shall be permitted to have an <br /> area not to exceed one square foot for each one linear foot of <br /> business property frontage on a public or private street. <br /> B.
