Minor signing modifications may be approved by the Planning <br /> Director where it is demonstrated that the overall <br /> identification and internal directional needs will be served <br /> without reduction to the aesthetic quality of the development <br /> or adjoining properties. <br /> K. Painted building wall signs are not permitted within the 19th <br /> Avenue Plan area. <br /> 10. PARKING <br /> A. Compact car parking will be evaluated on a site/user basis as <br /> directed by the City's Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications manual. <br /> B. Handicapped parking spaces shall be provided at convenient <br /> locations. <br /> C. Any parking areas which abut a public right-of-way shall <br /> provide a minimum of a ten foot wide planting area along the <br /> entire street frontage except driveways, utilizing both public <br /> and private property to accommodate said improvement when <br /> acceptable to the City Public Works Department. <br /> 11. NOISE <br /> A. All residential projects shall be reviewed by an acoustical <br /> engineer to insure that the exterior noise levels will be <br /> limited to 55 to 60 dBA depending on the noise source, and to <br /> insure that the interior noise levels will be limited to 45 dBA. <br /> CONCOMITANT AGREEMENT - 10 <br />
