9. Specified Sexual Activities means: <br /> (a) Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or <br /> arousal; <br /> (b) Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy; <br /> (c) Fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, <br /> pubic region, buttock or female breast. <br /> 10. Sensitive Land Uses means those land uses which are <br /> particularly sensitive to the secondary effects of adult use <br /> businesses. Sensitive land uses include the following: <br /> a. Single Family and Multiple Family Residential Zones <br /> b. Churches, or other religious facilities or institutions. <br /> c. Public and private schools, training facilities, and <br /> technical schools which have twenty-five (25) percent or <br /> more of their students under the age of eighteen (18) . <br /> d. Public parks and playgrounds <br /> e. Community Development Block Grant designated neighborhoods <br /> C. LOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. An Adult Use Business as defined herein shall be permitted <br /> within the City limits only if it meets all of the locational <br /> requirements set forth in this Section. <br /> 2. Adult Use Businesses shall be prohibited within one thousand <br /> (1,000) feet of any area of the City zoned for residential <br /> purposes. Residential zones shall include the R-S, R-1, R-2, <br /> R-3, R-3A, R-4, R-5 zones and any other residential zone <br /> hereafter adopted by the City. <br /> 3. Adult Use Businesses shall be prohibited within one thousand <br /> (1,000) feet of any church or other religious facility or <br /> institution. <br /> 4. Adult use Businesses shall be prohibited within one thousand <br /> (1,000) feet of any public or private school, training <br /> facility, or technical school which has twenty-five (25) <br /> percent or more of their students under the age of eighteen <br /> ( 18). <br /> 5. Adult Use Businesses shall be prohibited within one thousand <br /> (1 ,000) feet of any public park or playground. <br /> 6. Adult Use Businesses shall be prohibited within one thousand <br /> (1 ,000) feet of any designated Community Development Block <br /> Grant neighborhood. <br /> 7. Adult Use Businesses shall be prohibited from locating within <br /> five-hundred (500) feet of any other Adult Use Business as <br /> defined in this ordinance. <br /> 8. Adult Use Businesses shall be prohibited from locating within <br /> five-hundred (500) feet of any establishment selling alcoholic <br /> beverages for consumption on premises. <br /> 9. For purposes of measuring the distances provided herein, they <br /> shall be measured by following a straight line, without regard <br /> to intervening buildings, from the nearest point of the <br /> -3- <br />
