purchase any particular good or service. One party's purchase pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed an independent purchase of that party, and is not a purchase from the other party. To the extent that either party makes a purchase pursuant to a bid or contract secured by the other party, that purchasing party understands and acknowledges that the other party makes no assurances, warranties or representations relating to the purchase or supply of the good or service. Except as provided herein, no obligation is created between the parties and any potential bidder, contractor or service provider. 5. No Separate Entity: No separate legal or administrative entity is created pursuant to this Agreement. 6. Purchasing Agents: The Purchasing agent of Bainbridge Island and the Purchasing Manager of Everett shall be the representatives of the entities responsible for carrying out the terms of this Agreement. 7. Duration: This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until canceled by either party, which cancellation shall be effective upon the other party's receipt of written notice of the first parry's cancellation. 8.
