Chapter 39.34 RCW permits us to use contracts <br />from other jurisdictions when the parties have executed an interlocal cooperative purchasing <br />agreement. The City of Everett has made occasional small purchases from K.C.D.A. without <br />having executed an interlocal. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize Mayor to sign Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with <br />K.C.D.A. <br />
