January 10, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., January 10, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member McNeal led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 3, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> The minutes of the January 3, 2018, special meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin recommended Police Chief Templeman and interim Fire <br /> Chief Key to represent the Police and Fire Departments at the January 17, <br /> 2018, Snohomish County 911 meeting, where they will select board <br /> members for this newly formed organization. <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to concur with Police Chief Templeman and interim Fire Chief <br /> Key representing the Police and Fire Departments at the January 17, <br /> 2018, Snohomish County 911 meeting, where they will select board <br /> members for this newly formed organization. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> OATH — POLICE OFFICER <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to concur with the appointment of Brett Jacoby as a new <br /> police officer. <br /> 14 <br />
