Work under this permit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br /> 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your <br /> last inspection, or <br /> 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br /> 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval.
