Kirk Brooks
From: Michael Brick
en: Friday, April 29, 2016 12:29 PM
To: Kirk Brooks
Subject: Polygon Riverfront (Eclipse and Simpson Sites)Traffic Mitigation Fees
Kirk,
I located the Traffic impact Analysis by Transportation Engineering NorthWest for this project dated 6/16/2014. Based
on their study i have figured out the per-unit and proportionate share fees for these projects. Here is a breakdown to
the traffic mitigation fees due for the Polygon Riverfront projects:
Date of Eclipse Site pyj Simpson Site
Paymenfi per-Unit System Wide Proportionate Share Per-Unit System Wide Fee Proportionate Share
Fee of Off-site of Off-site
Improvements Improvements
Before $351 per Unit $4,875 due with final
$854 per Unit $14,300 due with final
6/2/2017 "per unit" fee "per unit"fee payment
payment
On or after (0.39 trips x fee per trip $4,875 due with final (0.95 trips x fee per Crip in $14,300 due with final
6/2/2017 in effect at payment) per "per unit"fee efFect at payment) per "per unit"fee payment
Unit naVmenfi Unit
--- - __ - ----- - -_ __ ------- - — -- _----- --_ _-- - - -
The proportionate share payment for signal improvements should be collected when the traffic mitigation fee for the
last unit in each development are paid. These fees are not tied to inflation and will not change if they are aid after June
2, 2017 when the per-unit fee increases.
If you have any further questions please let me know,
Michael Brick, P.E.
Associate Traffic Engineer
City of Everett Public Works
(425)257-7790
1
