1 7. Retain the original copy of the declaration and receipt for a period <br /> of one (1) year for inspection by any law enforcement agency. <br /> 2 Such inspection shall be allowed upon request of a law enforcement <br /> officer having a reasonable belief that a violation of this chapter <br /> 3 or related alcohol enforcement laws has or will occur. <br /> 4 8. Provide a copy of the declaration and receipt to the purchaser. <br /> 5 9. Require the purchaser to maintain a copy of the declaration and <br /> receipt next to or adjacent to the keg or other container, in no <br /> 6 event a distance greater than five (5) feet, and visible without <br /> physical barrier from such keg, during the time that the keg or <br /> 7 other container is in the purchaser's posession and/or control. <br /> 8 <br /> 10.43.020 Purchaser's Duty. <br /> 9 <br /> Any person who purchases the contents of kegs or other containers <br /> 10 containing six (6) gallons or more of malt liquor, or purchases or leases <br /> the container shall: <br /> 11 <br /> 1. Be of legal age to purchase, possess or use malt liquor; <br /> 12 <br /> 2. Not allow any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to consume <br /> 13 the beverage except as provided by RCW 66.44.270; <br /> 14 3. Not remove, obliterate, or allow to be removed or obliterated, the <br /> numbered label affixed to the container; <br /> 15 <br /> 4. Not move, keep or store keg or its contents, except for trans- <br /> 16 porting to and from distributor, at any place other than that <br /> particular address declared on the receipt and declaration; <br /> 17 <br /> 5. Maintain a copy of the declaration and receipt next to or adjacent <br /> 18 to the keg or other container, in no event a distance greater than <br /> five (5) feet, and visible without physical barrier from such keg, <br /> 19 during the time that the keg or other container is in the purchaser's <br /> possession and/or control. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 10.43.030 Declaration and Receipt. <br /> 22 The form of the declaration and receipt required herein shall be substan- <br /> tially in the following form and shall require the information contained in <br /> 23 the following form: <br /> 24 <br /> RECEIPT FOR SALE OF MALT LIQUOR <br /> 25 IN KEGS OR CONTAINERS TO UNLICENSED PERSONS <br /> 26 Date of Sale Invoice No. <br /> 27 Keg Identification Number(s) <br /> 28 Brand Keg Capacity <br /> 29 No. of Kegs Total Gallons <br /> 30 Name of Purchaser: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 2 <br />
