ORDINANCE NO. ./.0- O38-- nor <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code) to encompass an area <br /> North of 112th Street SE between 3rd Place SE and I-5 <br /> REZONE #16-85 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on October 22, 1985, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission has determined that said property <br /> should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential; R-2, Single <br /> Family High Density Residential; R-3(A) , Multiple Family Residential-Site <br /> Plan Review; and B-1, Neighborhood Shopping; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets cth/e purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as amended by Resolution <br /> No. 074,?'5/ <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the follon: <br /> Zoned R-1: (County Island) <br /> Lot 47, Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2, according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, page 93, Records of <br /> Snohomish County, less that portion platted as Hendrickson <br /> Addition: <br /> TOGETHER WITH, The Plat of Hendrickson Addition, according to the <br /> plat thereof recorded in Volume 36 of Plats, page 11, Records of <br /> Snohomish County. <br /> Zoned R-1: (City) <br /> Lots 51 & 52, Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2 according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, page 93, Records of <br /> Snohomish County TOGETHER WITH the Plat of Paradise Tracts Div. 2 <br /> according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 32 of Plats, page <br /> 2, Records of Snohomish County. <br /> Zoned R-2: <br /> Lots 1-3 inclusive, Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2, according to the <br /> plat thereof recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, page 93, Records of <br /> Snohomish County. <br />
