i • ORDINANCE NO. l /-,Q, AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property generally located North of 112th Street SE between 3rd Place SE and I-5. WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council of the City of Everett proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35.13. 130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, did fix March 19, 1986 for a hearing upon said petition, and cause notice of hearing to be published in one issue of the Everett Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, and caused said notice also to be posted in three places within the territory proposed for annexation, which notice as published and as posted specified the time and place of hearing and invited interested persons to appear and voice approval of the annexation; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the Council of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, has determined to annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did, at their January 14, 1986 public hearing, vote to approve the annexation; and WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board has issued its written findings on February 7, 1986 to this effect. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: ALL THAT PORTION OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M. , DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PLAT OF SILVER LAKE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 28 OF PLATS, PAGE 41 RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY; THENCE, EAST ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 112TH STREET S.E. (AKA STOCKSHOW ROAD) TO THE EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 19; THENCE, NORTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 49, PLAT OF BROADWAY FARMS NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 16 OF PLATS, PAGE 14 RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY; THENCE, WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 49 AND LOT 50 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 50; THENCE, NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 50 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE, WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 51 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE, SOUTH ALONG WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 51 TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE EASTERLY PROJECTED NORTH LINE OF LOT 3 OF SAID PLAT OF BROADWAY FARMS NO. 2; THENCE, WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY PROJECTED NORTH LINE AND SAID
