F. Signs which are an integral part of a window shall occupy no more <br /> than twenty-five (25) percent of the total window area. <br /> G. Signs shall not be animated, audible, or illuminated by an <br /> intermittent or flashing source of light. <br /> H. Projecting signs or graphics, and their supportive members, shall <br /> project outward no more than four (4) feet from a building and be <br /> no lower than eight (8) feet above ground level. <br /> I. One lighted or unlighted free standing pole sign with 150 square <br /> feet per face in area, or less, which serves a multi-tenanted <br /> building or buildings occupying one lot shall be permitted. <br /> J. Minor signing modifications may be approved by the planning <br /> director where it is demonstrated that the overall identification <br /> and internal directional needs will be served without reduction <br /> to the aesthetic quality of the development or adjoining <br /> properties. <br /> K. Painted building wall signs are not permitted. <br /> 11. PARKING <br /> A. Compact car parking will be evaluated on a site/user basis as <br /> directed by the City's Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications manual. <br /> B. Handicapped parking spaces shall be provided at convenient <br /> locations. <br /> CONCOMITANT AGREEMENT - 7 <br />
