Courthouse Modernization Traffic and Parking Evaluation <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT IDENTIFICATION <br /> Gibson Traffic Consultants, Inc. (GTC) has been retained to analyze the potential traffic and <br /> parking changes of the proposed Snohomish County Courthouse Modernization program located <br /> on the existing Snohomish County campus in downtown Everett, west of Wall Street. GTC is a <br /> professional traffic engineering consulting firm registered and licensed in the State of Washington. <br /> Brad Lincoln, responsible for this report and traffic analysis, is a licensed professional engineer <br /> (Civil)in the State of Washington and member of the Washington State section of I i'E. <br /> The Courthouse Modernization project will involve the construction of a new tower consisting of <br /> approximately 30,000 square-feet (SF) entry tower, including five stories and partial basement, <br /> attached to the north side of the existing 1967 Snohomish County Courthouse.
