January 24, 2018 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT AWARDS — CULTURAL ARTS CAPITAL & PROGRAMMING <br /> Council Member Tuohy recused herself from any discussion or action <br /> relating to the grants awards process.
