ACTION ITEMS: (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Obligation of Cost Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with the United States Department of Justice, Marshals Service and accept the $9,000. (10) Award Bid 2017-058 for the purchase of Electric Bus Charger Infrastructure Installation to Service Electric, Inc. in the amount of $181,114.70, including Washington State sales tax. (11) Authorize purchase of an Aerial Ladder Truck from Pierce Manufacturing through Hughes Fire Equipment, Inc., utilizing contract VH11574, in the amount of $1,243,057.20, including Washington State sales tax. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) Program Annual Participation Agreements for State Fiscal Years 2015 through 2019 at no cost to the city.
