To assist in meeting the goals of the joint task force effort, USMS has <br /> established permissible expenses to be reimbursed upon request which may include overtime relating to Everett <br /> police officers, investigative equipment, travel, and training during the program timeframe of November 29, 2017 <br /> through September 30, 2018. The maximum amount for authorized reimbursement pursuant to the Agreement is <br /> $9,000.00. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Obligation of Cost Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with the United <br /> States Department of Justice, Marshals Service and accept the $9,000.00 <br /> 37 <br />
