The supplemental payments cover the funding gap between a provider's actual costs per GEMT <br /> transport and the allowable amount received from Washington Apple Health(Medicaid)and any other <br /> sources of reimbursement. <br /> The Proposed Agreements will make the City of Everett eligible for reimbursement through the GEMT <br /> Program. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington Apple Health(Medicaid) Ground Emergency Medical <br /> Transportation(GEMT)Program Annual Participation Agreements for State Fiscal Years 2015 through 2019 <br /> at no cost to the City. <br /> 47 <br />
