PXIlD3IT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Video Production Services <br /> • <br /> General: <br /> The contractor shall receive general direction from the designated city representative based on the <br /> project schedules established by the City.The work includes close coordination and interaction <br /> with the public and City of Everett staff, Work in the field is expected. <br /> Work may include but is not limited to assistance in producing in-house studio programs and <br /> remote location recording of special events.Equipment setup,operation and tear down, <br /> Video/Technical Directing, camera operation and video editing is included in this scope of work. <br /> Work is reviewed for quality and results obtained by Everett TV representative. <br /> Compensation and Pay Requests:The contractor shall be compensated at a rate of$25 per hour <br /> for work completed on assigned tasks.The contractor shall submit requests for payment to the <br /> designated city representative identifying the date period and hours of effort on assigned tasks. <br /> Pay requests shall be accepted no more than once a month and are to be submitted to the City on <br /> or before the 511'day of each month. <br /> Schedule:The schedule shall be developed by the City of Everett TV representative <br /> for eaoh task,Schedule may include evening and weekend assignments <br /> • <br /> Stl1Common\Everett 7VIProfessfonat ServIceslScope of ServfceslScope Vfdeo Productlon,doc <br />
