Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subgrantee will be responsible for administering the Youth Development through Arts and <br /> Culture program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a <br /> condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under <br /> the Community Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: Arts and culture classes for 103 children who reside in Everett. <br /> General Administration <br /> [Add description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> We will provide arts, dance, music, sports classes through volunteers. We will track all participants, <br /> including what classes they take, their race/ethnicity, city of residence, and income level. We will <br /> administer an outcomes survey quarterly to measure the impact of our work. The survey measures <br /> change in the areas of confidence, skills, engagement in school and community, and grades. <br /> A-1 <br />
