A new 193 space parking lot will <br /> be constructed where there is an existing 33 unit trailer park and an adjacent vacant lot. Approximately <br /> 6,000 cubic yards of material will be removed or moved on-site. As an interim parking impact <br /> mitigation measure during the construction of the proposed WSU building, a temporary gravel surfaced <br /> parking lot containing approximately 85 spaces is proposed on the Everett Community College campus <br /> adjacent to the remaining Index Hall building.
