All references refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC) as amended by the State of Washington and/or 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated <br /> otherwise. <br /> Please provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Please provide structural calculations regarding the redesigned retaining wall. Including <br /> design checks for global overturning, sliding, and the flexural design for the ranges of <br /> heights (H) greater than 4'-0" listed in the schedule on Detail 1/S-3.0. <br /> 2. On Detail 5/S-3.0, please provide detail callouts indicating the truss member sizes and how <br /> the truss members are connected between each other. Also, please indicate on plans <br /> where this canopy is to occur. Please provide design calculations for the truss. <br /> If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 257-7287.
