Please submit a response letter <br /> to indicate how the corrections have been resolved on the drawings. <br /> All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two <br /> printed permit sets at our office, best done by making an appointment with the reviewer, if <br /> possible. For significant revisions, please provide two full replacement sets. If the <br /> revisions are coming directly from the blue-printer, please make arrangements with them <br /> to print two replacement sets for delivery. <br /> Mechanical <br /> 1. The permit application indicates that unit(s) will be added or replaced. Please identify on the <br /> plan drawings the location and weight of the new units for the work included in the scope of this <br /> permit. <br /> 2. Please submit a completed Mechanical Energy code compliance form for commercial provision <br /> chapters 1-5 of the Washington State Energy Code for the following forms: MECH-SUM, MECH- <br /> CHK, SWH-CHK, MECH-FANSYS-SUM, MECH-FANSYS-DOC, and MECH-LOAD-CALC. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. If the weight of the unit exceeds 400 pounds, please provide stamped letter by a Washington <br /> State licensed professional engineer that the new equipment can be supported by the existing <br /> building structure. This should include detailing of structural revisions where required to support <br /> the new equipment. <br /> Energy <br /> 1. Economizers are required unless documentation is submitted indicating an alternate path of <br /> compliance.
