Existing condition: Driveway off of 7th Ave., single family structure with a patio in the back,three trees fronting 7th Ave. and the rest is lawn. No existing drainage system exist on site. Roof drains drained to splash blocks and storm water dispersed over the surrounding lawn. Proposed condition: Construct new driveway off of 7th Ave. in the same location as the existing driveway, demolishing existing single family home and replace with a duplex structure. maintain trees fronting 7th Ave. and the rest of the site to the same condition as existing. 2. Rainfall on the rest of the site infiltrate through the lawn. Rainwater falls onto the driveway sheet flow onto 7th Ave. and flow through the gutters until reaching a catch basin. 5.
