EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 • Design of other site improvements,which includes:grading,circulation,paving,striping,signage, landscaping to meet CPTED recommendations,tree wells,planter areas,sidewalks,and curb ramps. • Design,engineering and specifications for site lighting,including considerations for energy efficient fixtures,foot candle layout,LED technology considerations,and consideration of consistency with Everett Transit's lighting systems on other sites is included as part of this scope of services. • Design and specifications for all necessary site signage. • The project will be reviewed and permitted by the City of Everett. • The project is not currently assumed to be pursuing Greenroads or LEED certification. • Construction management is not included in this scope of services. • Hazardous Materials investigation is not included in this scope of services.It is being handled under a separate contract with Everett Transit. DESIGN STANDARDS Design file,reports,documents,and plans prepared as part of this Scope of Services,to the extent feasible,shall be developed in accordance with the latest edition and amendments to the following documents,as of the date this Agreement is signed: • Standard Specifications for Road,Bridge,and Municipal Construction,2018 English Edition,published by WSDOT and the Washington State Chapter APWA. • Standard Plans for Road, Bridge,and Municipal Construction, (M 21-10),published by WSDOT. • 2009 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices(MUTCD). • Proposed Accessibility Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-Way(PROWAG),July 26, 2011. • 2014 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMMWW). • City of Everett Municipal Code. • City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development(June 2017) • 2012 Low Impact Design Manual(LID Manual)may be used as guidance. • CPTED design principles.
