Division 1 will be prepared as a joint effort between the consultant and <br /> Everett Transit. <br /> • Document Assembly <br /> Assemble all deliverables from team members into a cohesive package for delivery to Everett Transit. <br /> • A maximum of twenty-three(23)civil plans will be prepared. Plan sheets will be scaled at 1" =20'for full <br /> size drawings(22"x 34")and 1" =40'for half size drawings(11"x 17").This scale allows the most efficient <br /> breakdown of the site while providing sufficient detail to convey the design intent.The anticipated plans <br /> are as follows: <br /> o Cover(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Abbreviations(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Site Plan(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Survey Control Plan(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Site Preparation and Erosion Control(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Site Preparation and Erosion Control Detail (1 sheet) <br /> o Grading Plan (1 plan sheet) <br /> o Grading Details and Sections(2 plan sheets) <br /> o Drainage Plan(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Drainage Details and Facility Plans(3 sheets) <br /> o Composite Utility Plan(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Utility Details(1 sheet) <br /> o Paving,Signing and Channelization Plan(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Paving,Signing and Channelization Details(2 plan sheets) <br /> o Horizontal Control Plan and Points Table(2 plan sheets) <br /> o Site Illumination Plan (1 plan sheet) <br /> o Site Illumination Details(1 plan sheet) <br /> o Landscaping Plan and Details(2 plan sheets) <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Comments on conceptual plans will be provided to the Consultant in a consolidated,non-conflicting <br /> format.Either plan markups or tabulated comments are acceptable. <br /> • The project configuration and design elements selected in the site layout alternatives analysis will not be <br /> substantially revised during the course of the design efforts. <br /> • Security system design is excluded from this scope of work. <br /> • Design will be in accordance with City of Everett Development Standards. <br /> • No additional water and sewer work will be required except for service lines as described herein.
