Manufacturer Qualifications: Approved manufacturer listed in this Section with <br />minimum 10 years experience in manufacture of similar products in successful use in <br />similar applications. <br />Approval of Comparable Products: Submit the following in accordance with <br />project substitution requirements, within time allowed for substitution review: <br />a. Product data, including certified independent test data indicating <br />compliance with requirements. Include detailed data indicating compliance <br />with AAMA 508.07 performance specified in this section. <br />b. Samples of each component. <br />C. Sample submittal from similar project. <br />d. Project references: Minimum of 5 installations not less than 5 years old, <br />with Owner and Architect contact information. <br />e. Sample warranty. <br />2. Substitutions following award of contract are not allowed except as stipulated in <br />Division 01 General Requirements. <br />3. Approved manufacturers must meet separate requirements of Submittals Article <br />C. Installer Qualifications: Experienced Installer with minimum of 5 years experience with <br />successfully completed projects of a similar nature and scope, and employing workers <br />certified by manufacturer to install products of this section. <br />D. Professional Engineer: Engineer licensed in Project state and experienced in Work of <br />similar nature and scope. <br />E. Testing Agency Qualifications: Qualify in accordance with requirements of ASTM <br />E 329. <br />1.8 SUBSTITUTIONS <br />A. Materials, accessories and testing specified shall establish the minimum level of <br />quality, performance, dimension and appearance required of any substitution. <br />B. Evidence shall be submitted to demonstrate equivalency to the products and <br />performance levels specified. <br />1. A complete description of the substitution including details referenced to the wall <br />panel shown on the contract drawings. <br />2. Independent test reports verifying compliance with specified performance <br />requirements. <br />3. A detailed listing of each specification item with which the substitution does not <br />fully comply. <br />C.
