Planning meetings with staff Pre and post meeting planning throughout the process; includes meeting at end of process to create plan on how to proceed towards self-facilitated group. 2. Stakeholder group meetings • Meeting design and agenda planning • Meeting facilitation Based on facilitating up to three on-site meetings of 1.5 hours each; includes being on site 1/2 hour before and after each meeting.
