EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement will be for Roen Associates to provide ongoing estimating <br /> services for Service Center Redevelopment Planning puropses. <br /> A breakdown of the scope of work is as follows: <br /> Weekly Meeting Support: <br /> 1. Roen Associates shall attend regular Service Center Redevelopment Planning project meetings. <br /> 2. Following regular project meetings Roen Associates shall provide on-site conceptual estimating and project <br /> scope discussions with City staff. <br /> 3. Following regular project meeting site visits to identified project sites may be conducted for estimating <br /> purposes. <br /> 4. Estimated hours for this task: 56 Hours <br /> Short Term Option Conceptual Estimating: <br /> 1. Roen Associates shall provide conceptual estimates for various Service Center Redevelopment Options <br /> 2. The types of estimating shall include but not be limited to the following: <br /> a. Leased or purchased office building tenant improvements <br /> b. Leased or purchased maintenance building tenant improvements <br /> c. City owned office space tenant improvements <br /> d. Portable buildings to support office and maintenance functions <br /> 3. Estimated hours for this task: 88 Hours <br /> Seismic Upgrades Estimate Review: <br /> 1. Roen Associates shall review conceptual estimates from the Reid Middleton-Everett Public Works Buildings <br /> Seismic Assessment dated June 6, 2017 and update the conceptual estimates to be consitent with the Short Term <br /> Option Conceptual Estimating. <br /> 2.
