January 31, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., January 31, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 24, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Members Roberts and Stonecipher abstained from the <br /> vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS <br /> A Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to concur with the following appointment: <br /> Lodging Tax Advisory Committee <br /> Appointment of Council Member Scott Murphy to be the Chair of the <br /> Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to concur with the following reappointment: <br /> CHIP Loan Review Committee <br /> Reappointment of Joel Haack to Position 3, for a four-year term <br /> ending December 31, 2021. <br /> 39 <br />
