February 7, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., February 7, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Mayor <br /> Franklin was excused. <br /> Cub Scout Pack 777 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 31, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance last week at the Puget <br /> Sound Regional Council (PSRC) Growth Management Policy Board <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance last Saturday at the <br /> Asset Mapping Workshop with Jim Diers, which was hosted by the Office <br /> of Neighborhoods. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Evergreen Neighborhood meeting last Thursday. She announced a Public <br /> Safety Subcommittee meeting has been scheduled for February 14, at <br /> 5:30 p.m., in the council chambers. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher commented on her weekend visit to the new <br /> Farms and Market located beneath the Grand Avenue Apartments on <br /> Grand Avenue. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a recap from the Council Budget and <br /> Finance Subcommittee meeting that was held earlier this evening.
