February 7, 2018 <br /> RESOLUTION — 2018 HUMAN NEEDS GRANT FUNDING <br /> Council Member Tuohy recused herself from any discussion or action <br /> relating to the grants awards process. She stated that she is employed by <br /> the Arts Council of Snohomish County, and the Arts Council has submitted <br /> a grant application. <br /> Council Member Tuohy left the Council chambers at 8:11 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to concur with the recommendations of the Human <br /> Needs Advisory Committee and Adopt Resolution No. 7217 for the <br /> expenditure of the 2018 Human Needs Grant Funding as designated, <br /> in an amount not to exceed $439,200. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Tuohy returned to the Council chambers at 8:12 p.m. <br /> AGREEMENT — RENOVATION AT THE PHIL JOHNSON BALLFIELDS <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional <br /> Services Agreement with SLA Landscape Architecture, LLC for <br /> design and construction administration related services for the <br /> renovation at the Phil Johnson Ballfields in the amount of$130,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 56 <br />
