I ISECTION 01 22 00 - MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT PART I GENERAL I1.1 SUMMARY A. Measurement and payment will be on a unit price basis in accordance with the prices set I forth in the proposal for individual work items.Where work is required but does not appear as a separate item in the proposal,the cost for that work shall be included and absorbed in the unit prices named in the proposal. Lump Sum—the total amount of compensation to be paid to the Contractor for the described item material,products, and work. 111 D. Measurement of Quantities 1 1. Measurement by weight: a. Weigh on commercial calibrated truck scale per WSDOT Standard Specification Section 1-09.2. Weigh tickets must include time of weighing on standard printout. I b. Measure by area: a. Measurement by area shall include the affected area as measured by the Owner's IRepresentative. 3. Measure by length: Ia. Measurement by length will be the number of linear feet of completed installation measured along the centerline of pipe through fittings,valves and coupling. Ib.
