A Contract shall not be formed until the Contract Documents are signed by the Mayor. I <br /> 1.26 TIME OF COMPLETION I <br /> A. The Contractor shall complete the Work on or before the date or dates specified in DOCUMENT <br /> 00 60 13 -CONTRACT. <br /> 1.27 WAGES <br /> A. This Contract is subject to the minimum wage requirements of RCW 39.12 and to RCW 48.28, as <br /> amended or supplemented. Workers shall receive no less than the prevailing rate of wage. Bidder <br /> shall use the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective at the <br /> time of bid opening. Bidder is solely responsible to use the schedule in effect at the Bid Opening <br /> Date, determine the appropriate labor classification(s), and use the appropriate and correct <br /> prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br /> 1. Current RCW 39.12 prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits can be found on line using <br /> the following URL: <br /> http://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/WageRates/default.asp. <br /> a. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective at the <br /> time of bid opening are located in the appendix. <br /> b. Printed copies of the current prevailing wage rates are available for viewing at City <br /> of Everett Public Works, 3200 Cedar St,Everett, WA and the City will mail a hard <br /> copy of the prevailing wage rates upon written request received within 7 days of <br /> the Bid Opening Date. <br /> 2.
