THS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> EXTENDED LIABILITY COVERAGE <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> COMVERCIAL COAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br /> It is agreed that the provisions listed below apply only upon the entry of an X in the box next to the caption <br /> of such provision. <br /> A. X Broad Form Named Insured F. X Chartered Aircraft <br /> B. X Body Injury Extension G. X Coverage Territory Broadened <br /> C. X Employee As Insureds-Health Care Services H. X Medical Payments-Increased Limits <br /> D. X Non-Owned Watercraft Liability I. X Expanded Expected or Intended Exception <br /> E XI Liberalization J. I X I Property Perils Legal Liability <br /> K X Broadened Supplementary Payments <br /> A BROAD FORM NAMED INSURED <br /> SECTION II-WHO IS AN INSURED , Paragraph 3 is deleted and replaced by the following: <br /> 3. My organization you newly acquire or form, except for a partnership, joint venture or limited <br /> liability corrpany, and over which you maintain majority ownership or interest (51%or more) or <br /> for which you have assumed the active management, will qualify as a Named Insured if there is <br /> no other similar insurance available to that organization. However: <br /> a Coverage under this provision is afforded only until the end of the policy period or the 12- <br /> month anniversary of the policy inception date,whichever is earlier; <br /> b. Coverage A does not apply to "bodily injury or "property damage" that occurred before <br /> you acquired or formed the organization; <br /> c. Coverage B does not apply to "personal and advertising injury' arising out of an offense <br /> committed before you acquired or formed the organization. <br /> B. BODILY INJURY EXTENSION <br /> SECTION V-DEFIMTIONS , Paragraph 3, is deleted and replaced by the following: <br /> 3. "Bodily injury' means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including <br /> mental anguish or death resulting from any of these, at any time. Mental anguish means any <br /> type of mental or emotional illness or disease. <br /> C.
