J. PROPERTY PERILS LEGAL UABIUTY <br /> A SECTION I - COVERAGES, COVERAGE A, 2. Exclusions, the last paragraph following <br /> exclusion q. is replaced with: <br /> Exclusion c. through n., do not apply to damage by fire, explosion, smoke, water damage, <br /> sprinkler leakage, or lightning to prerrises while rented to you or temporarily occupied by you <br /> with the permission of the owner. A separate lirrit of insurance applies to this coverage as <br /> described in SECTION III-UMTS OF INSURANCE . <br /> B. SECTION III-UMTS OF INSURANCE , Item 6. is replaced with: <br /> 6. Subject to 5. above, the Damage to Premises Rented to You Limit is the most we will pay <br /> under Coverage A for damages because of "property damage" to any one premises <br /> while rented to you, or in the case of damages by fire, explosion, smoke, water damage, <br /> sprinkler leakage or lightning, while rented to you or terrporarily occupied by you with the <br /> permission of the owner, arising out of any one fire, explosion, smoke, water damage, <br /> sprinkler leakage or lightning incident. <br /> The Barrage to Premier Rented to You Limit provided by this policy shall be the greater <br /> of: <br /> 1. $300,000 or <br /> 2. The amount shown in the declarations. <br /> C. SECTION IV - COMVERCIAL GENERAL UABIUTY CONDITIONS, Item 4.b.(1Xa)(ii) is <br /> replaced with: <br /> (ii) That is fire, explosion, smoke, water damage, sprinkler leakage or lightning insurance for <br /> prerrises while rented to you or temporarily occupied by you with the permission of the <br /> owner. <br /> D. The cost of bail bonds required because of accidents or traffic law violations arising out of the <br /> use of any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury Liability Coverage applies. We do not have to <br /> furnish these bonds. <br /> 1.d.
