Form of Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond: City of Everett's Performance Bond and Payment Bond included in DOCUMENT 00 61 13.13 — PERFORMANCE BOND and DOCUMENT 00 61 13.16—PAYMENT BOND. 2. Form of Retainage: Retainage will be retained in a fund by Owner, unless Contractor selects either retainage bond or escrow agreement. a. Retainage Bond: City of Everett's Retainage Bond included in DOCUMENT 00 61 23—RETAINAGE BOND FORM. b.
