Provide 50 cfrn fan in bathroom and 100 cfm fan in kitchen. • 3. Provide 110 volt smoke alarm in all sleeping rooms and in the corridor or area giving access to each separate sleeping area. Detectors shall be interconnected and have battery back-up. 4. Provide,window sizes to verify that light and ventilation requirements are provided. 5. Provide minimum 36" landing on outside of the exterior door. Show on plans. 6. Specify anchor bolt size and spacing 7" minimum embedment,im,inimum 2 each piece and within 12" of each end of each piece. Provide 3 x 3". x A plate washer on al anchor bolts in braced wall lines.
