MCCLEAN IRON WORKS <br /> Date: 8 FEB 2017 <br /> Job: S547- Dock Launch Pad <br /> 1) Performed High Strength Bolting Pre-Tensioning and Installation verification in <br /> accordance with the current editions of IBC 1705.2, AISC 360 Sections M2.5/ N5.6, <br /> and the RCSC Specification for Using High-Strength Bolts. <br /> 2) Inspections were performed prior, during, and after installation on beam to beam <br /> framing connections at grids A-C/1-8.
