Please review and respond to the <br /> comments below. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2015 <br /> International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 <br /> International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 <br /> International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 International Energy Conservation (IECC), as <br /> amended by the State of Washington (WSEC) and adopted by the city of Everett. The current IBC <br /> referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
