Tawnya Herman
From: Rich McClean <Rich@mcciron.com>
Sent: Monday, December 19, 2016 4:53 PM
To: Steve Ingalsbe
Cc: Tawnya Herman
Subject: RE: B1612-015 2102 ROSS AVE
Attachments: City of Everett Assurance Device updated.pdf
Steve-
I arrived at that$$$$ based upon past experience. The plans call for me to move dirt to create a wetland--and I have a
guy who has done all our mitigation work--this will take him 1-2 days-- I am waiting for my landscaper to confirm pricing
on plants, but most of them are stick like native plantings--cuttings we use-and like last time you just stick in the
ground and they grow in that environment--the logs to anchor to the shore we have leftover-so I just need to buy
straps and place in bank---
Previously all the shoreline has been mitigated, except where the "new added shop" has been approved on the pacel
adjacent to the parcel with the dock--this is the work we are doing--the area where the wharf is shown--has previously
been mitigated--
It is a much smaller area than we previously mitigated -so I feel my estimates for the work is accurate--with some for
contingency--
Let me know if you feel this doesn't suffice--
See attached updated assurance device- I will bring this in also--
Thanks again for your assistance in this matter--
Rich
Original Message
From: Steve Ingalsbe [mailto:Singalsbe@everettwa.gov]
Sent: Monday, December 19, 2016 4:30 PM
To: Rich McClean <Rich@mcciron.com>
Cc:Tawnya Herman <THerman@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: B1612-015 2102 ROSS AVE
Hi Rich,
We are almost there. I need to know how you arrived at those figures in the cost estimates to do the enhancement.
It is okay with me for you to make payment for public access when picking up the permit. You will need to drop off the
original performance bond with you when you come in. Also, you need to change the Assurance Device License so that
"wharf for loading steel" is changed to "mitigation enhancement and plantings" or something similar to that. Permit
Services will call you when the permit is ready to pick up.
1
