There are also mechanical code requirements air supply and exhaust in the 2015 IMC.Those code requirements are now on our website, and were changed as of July 1 of this year. The submittal requires enough information about the capacity and energy efficiency of the unit, purpose, and location, so that we can check the code requirements before issuing the permit. Please submit this information so that the review can resume. Please submit two sets of drawings and cut sheets. Upon submission of the revisions, plan review will resume, and your application will be given priority. Applicable codes include: 2015 International Building Code (IBC),the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC),the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities A117.1-2009 (ICC/ANSI) adopted by the State of Washington, as amended by the City of Everett Municipal Code (EMC). These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire).
